1. Reservation

All reservations should be made through our head office in Yangon, Myanmar.

2. Tour Prices

All prices are quoted net in US dollars.The prices do not cover international airfares, airport taxes, cost of visas, excess baggage charges, meals not listed in the itenarary, optional tours, and any expense of personal nature are not included in the quotation.

3. Payment Procedure

Non-refundable advanced payment of 10% of the tour price must be made by telegraphic transfer to our banker at time of booking . The balance must be settled 30 days prior to the arrival of the clients.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation charges are calculated on the day the written notice is received in our office.

15 days prior to arrival : 10 % on Quotation

14 - 7 days prior to arrival : 30 % on Quotation

Less than 7 days prior to arrival : 50 % on Quotation

Arrival day : 55 % on Quotation

No show : 100 %

5. Complimentary

Tour leader from a group of 10-15 clients will be given a 50% discount on half twin basis. The 16th member of a group will be a complimentary on half twin basis as well, and it is subject to a maximum of three members.

6. Refund Policy

After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part shall be given for the services specified in the itinerary unless it is directly caused by TDS.

7. Insurance

All clients are suggested to obtain travel insurance before arrival. All vehicles used by TDS are insured in accordance with local regulations.

8. Accommodation, Meals and Flight

It is advised that TDS reserve the right to substitue the restaurant , hotel and domestic flight of similar standard, should the situation require it. Please be advised that first class accommodation may not always be avaliable in some destinations. However we will always organize the best fecilities available.
( Room service and any kind of beverages are not included. )

9. Responsibility

As TDS acts only as an agent for the person / companies providing transport, accommodation, and other services, we assume no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage, accident or loss which may be caused including those outside the tour programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, natural disasters, administrative actions and unrest must be borne by the clients. Programmes, prices and service conditions are based on the data valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without prior notice or during the tour. Participation in our tour implies that the tourists agree to the conditions mentioned above.
However, TDS will always endeavour to comply with the original itinerary.
